New Web UI Enhances Sales, Project Management Productivity SAN FRANCISCO—February 27, 2018 – Insightly, the business freemium customer relationship management (CRM) market leader, today unveiled its new web user interface (UI). Small business customers will benefit from three important updates: a modified interface based on other popular applications to encourage intuitive, immediate productivity; a cleaner, simpler design that prioritizes the most‐used features and a 65 percent increase in speed relative to the previous design. According to an independent survey from TechValidate, 80 percent of surveyed customers use Insightly two to three times per week, and 43 percent use it every day to manage contacts and day‐to‐day action items through the cloud‐based application. Used by hundreds of thousands of customers, Insightly is integral to small businesses from more than 110 countries. The new design enables better language support for international customers, and Insightly will soon roll out a localized Spanish version, followed by other languages. Easier linking: The new design makes it easier for users to link items together, another popular feature, and testing shows the number of links users create has gone up with the new layout.
